Read my value notice

Take a photo of your Franklin County property value notice. We'll pull out the key numbers in plain English and suggest documents you could gather. Free, no account needed. Your photo isn't saved.

How to take a clear photo
  1. Lay the notice flat on a dark table — smooth out folds.
  2. Use daylight or a bright lamp; turn off the flash to avoid glare.
  3. Hold your phone straight above the page, not at an angle.
  4. Fit the whole page in the frame with a little border around it.
  5. Tap the screen on the parcel number to focus, then hold still.
  6. Zoom in on the photo before uploading — the parcel number and values should be sharp.
