A plain-English explanation of the information we collect and why.
Property searches
When you search an address or parcel number, we look it up in public Franklin County records. Searches are not linked to your name, and you do not need an account or email to run a free check.
Free guides and email updates
When you request a free checklist, we store the name, email, and property address you provide so we can deliver the resource and understand which homeowners need help. Joining valuation-update emails is a separate, optional choice. Every marketing email includes a way to unsubscribe.
Orders and payment
When you buy a packet, Stripe processes your payment. We receive your name, email, the property you bought the packet for, and the order amount. We never see or store your full card number. We use your email to send your packet link and to answer questions about your order.
Refund requests
If you request a refund, we store your email, order number, message, and the Board of Revision decision you upload, in private storage only our staff can open. We use them only to review your request.
Sharing
We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers that run the site, take payments, and send email, and when the law requires it.
External sites
Links to the Franklin County Auditor and Board of Revision lead to websites we do not operate. Their privacy practices apply there.
